MENTORS & VOLUNTEERS

Hello all Westside mentors ~

Spring is just around the corner, and our teachers and students are getting excited about the prospect of Wolftree field science inquiry days, which we couldn't do without your mentorship. If you were a mentor for any of the three, year-long Project Based Learning research with BizTech HS, Jefferson HS or Sandy HS in the fall it would be great if you could mentor again with the same students again this spring. These PBL students will share the results of their research at the Student Summit at Timberline Lodge on Wednesday, May 19th. We encourage you to come and witness their year of work and synthesis of data.

Here is the spring field schedule as it now stands. May days are tentative, dependent on finding transportation money for the classes. Please let us know what days you will be available, and check for updates on our website calendar. We look forward to having you join us in the field once again, and have fun while improving the science literacy of our youth.

Thank you so much!!
